Nashik, also known as Nasik, is a beautiful city located in the northwest region of Maharashtra, India. It is one of the state’s most important religious, historical, and cultural centers. Situated on the banks of the sacred Godavari River, Nashik is famous as one of the four places where the Kumbh Mela is held every 12 years, attracting millions of pilgrims.
